Quarantine day, …. I lost track. 30? 40? All I know, is that it rained today and it has made my day. 😉
This morning I quickly made this breakfast bowl that turned out to be amazing and super duper easy!!
A recipe that gets the day started!
3 Ingredient Vegan Breakfast Bowl

Half of a Banana
1/4 cup of Myrtilles (or blueberries)
1 cup of Applesauce
- Optional:
1/2 tablespoon of Maple Syrup (or honey)
Other fruits, nuts, seeds…etc.
Directions
- In a small bowl, pour 1 cup of applesauce.
- Place myrtilles on top on the side of the bowl.
- Using half of a banana, chop into slices and place on top of the applesauce next to the myrtilles.
- Enjoy! 🙂
Notes
- I drizzled a little bit of maple syrup on top to give it more flavor, but it also tastes great without!
